We want you to be fully satisfied with your Rakuten Kobo eReader; if you are not, you may return your device within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that digital eBooks and audiobooks are generally non-refundable once the download has commenced.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Kobo account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the device you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack the Device

  Securely place the eReader in its original packaging, including all original accessories such as USB cables and manuals, to ensure eligibility for a refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned unit, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
